Tons To Do & Not Enough Time?

Try this trick.

First pick something you can say NO to that will free up 10 mins or more: NO to hitting snooze? NO to lingering under a hot shower? NO to doom scrolling?

Now take those 10+ min you just created & GROW it into even more time. Leave for work earlier to beat traffic? Organize your desk to improve efficiency all week? Pack a lunch to save time (&$) going out?

Lastly GO do the thing you didn’t think you had time for. Grab coffee with a friend? Get to the gym? Take on a small but interesting project at work?
